The situation lends itself to being in one where you can often meet different people, with their respective experiences and vision. It is not surprising that it can be an incubator of ideas without intending it. The same goes for potential clients.
Is it all positive? Of course it can never be perfect, for example there may be situations in which it is much more useful to have your own office with everything 100% adapted to the desired company culture. In addition, in any case you would be renting a space, it may be a very profitable option in the short term but not so much in the long term.
Another negative point is the rigidity of schedules, it is normal for them to be open during daylight hours. But what if you need to work at night? It is very difficult to find coworking spaces open 24 hours a day, although it is possible that over time there will be more and more adapted to all types of schedules. It may be more profitable to have all spaces in the building occupied during all hours of the day, rather than just part of it.
