LinkedIn: The 15 most demanded jobs in Spain

LinkedIn: The 15 most in-demand jobs in Spain. Linkedin has carried out a study on the professions that will be most in demand in 2021. As we all know, the coronavirus has changed many aspects of our lives, and in the workplace it has been one where it has affected us all the most. Either by going from working in the office to working from home, by having been temporarily unemployed (ERTE), by having to work more hours than we used to, as in the case of healthcare personnel or essential jobs, etc.

We found it to be a very interesting study. Especially if we are thinking about making some changes in our professional life or we are going to start developing ourselves in the work environment. Furthermore, the study is broken down by country, so it can be especially useful if we are considering changing countries. In this case, we are going to talk specifically about Spain.

Most in-demand jobs:

1. Education: In order to reduce the risk of contagion, most in-person classes have been canceled since March, which is why a greater focus on distance education stands out. Last year, 92% of hires were related to digital skills.

12. Mental health professionals: the past year was a difficult year for all without exception, with confinements, increases or decreases in workloads, the fear that either we or a family member could be affected by the virus and a endless number of problems in our environment has led to an increase in the hiring of this type of professional by 62%.

13. Specialized engineering: growth in this area has been constant but intense for several years.
